  • Gold Coins: Gold Coins are virtual items used solely for Standard Play. They hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gold Coins can be earned or purchased, but purchases are non-refundable.
  • Sweep Coins: Sweep Coins are promotional items used for Sweepstakes and cannot be purchased directly. They may be awarded as a bonus when certain Gold Coin purchases are made or through free offers.
  • Usage Rules: Sweep Coins are only for playing promotional games that may offer prizes. The use of automated systems to acquire Sweep Coins is strictly prohibited.

Game Participation

  • General Rules: A valid account and acceptance of these terms are required to participate. Each game may have its own specific rules, which users must review before playing.
  • Standard Play: Gold Coins can be used only for standard play, and only Gold Coins can be won.
  • Promotional Play: Sweep Coins must be used for promotional play, offering chances to win prizes. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • Notice: This section requires resolving certain disputes and claims through individual arbitration, which limits your options for seeking relief from Coins Bucks. This clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, which overrides any conflicting choice of law in these Terms.
  • Agreement to Arbitrate: By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve all disputes with Coins Bucks through arbitration. This applies to disputes arising before and after your acceptance of these terms.
  • Complaint Resolution: If you encounter an issue, please contact customer support. Litigation or arbitration should be used as a last resort. Coins Bucks is committed to resolving disputes informally before resorting to formal processes.
  • Arbitration Process: Arbitration will proceed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) according to its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Disputes. Arbitration will be conducted individually by a sole arbitrator, and fees will be paid in accordance with AAA rules.
  • Individual Arbitration Only: Disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions, collective arbitration, and other coordinated actions are expressly prohibited.
